What this is and who it’s for
- A corded in-room fall/exit monitor used with Smart Caregiver corded sensor pads, chair pads, floor mats or seat belts to alert caregivers when weight is removed from a pad. It is intended for caregivers and facilities who need a simple, in-room occupant-movement alert.

Usage notes
- Plug a compatible corded sensor pad or mat into the monitor and test before use. The Status LED blinks while pressure is applied; alarm sounds when pressure is removed and will auto-reset when pressure is reapplied (Safety Auto-Reset). -
- Caregivers may set the monitor to require the Caregiver Key to silence/reset the alarm (TamperProof™ mode). -
- The monitor supports a nurse-call adapter (1/4" jack) for integration with hardwired nurse-call systems (adapter sold separately). -

- This device augments but does not replace direct visual supervision. The manufacturer’s instructions note the product is not suitable for all individuals and must be tested before each use. -
