    Silvert's 241800102 Charming Open Back Top Short Sleeve Adaptive Top For Women, Size Medium, COBALT

    A Decorative Screen print with decorative non-functional Faux-Pocket gives this open back top a touch of whimsy. Generous overlap with a dome closure at each shoulder. This t-shirt completely opens up, allowing the individuals arms to be slid into the garment sleeves without ever having to raise/lower their arms or struggle with small neck openings. The back overlap is then folded over and domed/snapped into place. Terrific for those with lowered upper arm mobility. Quality machine washable polyester blend.
