SHIPPING
ALL orders require 1-2 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
ALL orders received after 2 PM Pacific Time, will be processed NEXT business day.
ALL orders placed on weekends and/or Canadian holidays will be processed on NEXT business day.
Processed orders will be shipped within 7-12 business days UNLESS the item is backordered. If an item is backordered you will be notified via email. If you purchase multiple items and one or more items are backordered, the backordered items will be shipped as soon as available.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Items EXCLUDED from FREE SHIPPING* offer:
- Overweight items (items over 66 lbs. in cubic weight)
- Oversize parcels, which are defined as any package that exceeds 66 lbs or exceeds a maximum girth of 118 inches. Girth is defined as length + (height x 2) + (width x 2).
- Any item which uses FEDEX or UPS shipping method

- $49.99 shipping for orders between $149 and $249.99
- $74.99 shipping for orders between $250-499.99
- $99.99 shipping for orders between $500 and $749.99
- $149.99 shipping for orders between $750 and $999.99
- $199.99 shipping for orders of $1000+
* Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added. REFUSED SHIPMENT/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If you refuse a package upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally sent to you via FREE shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
