- Overheating may cause injury or cause the pack to rupture and leak.
- Discard pack if a leak develops.
- Use hot or cold.
- Store in the freezer.
- Heat in microwave for 10 seconds on high, then at 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
- Knead after each heating.
- To avoid risking thermal injury to the ocular surface, do not exceed 110°F / 43°C.
