The purpose of the Champion C-6147 Shoulder Brace is to remind the wearer to maintain a correct, healthy posture. Padded shoulder straps pass under the arms snugly and criss-cross in back. When the shoulders slump, the straps become tight around the underarms and remind the wearer to resume proper posture.
