Halyard Health created the first balloon tube for this purpose with a design that's easy to conceal making it a desired brand for gastrostomy feeding.
The MIC-KEY G offers a custom fit by choosing the French size and tube length. It's made of latex-free medical grade silicone. The MIC-Key extension set with SECUR-LOK retention ring reduces pressure on the stoma wall during feeding. ENFit® connector system is a patented universal connector designed to preserve tube life while ensuring it stays properly connected during the entire feeding.
To ensure the feeding set remains sterile it's recommended to handle with care by wearing gloves. Halyard manufactures a wide variety of nitrile gloves that are latex-free.
