Singles stores currently range in price from $150,000 to $200,000 depending on the size and build out of the new store. This fee includes all leasehold improvements, equipment, tables, chairs, stools, display units, POS system, music system, signage and all items required to operate the business. Our fee does not include: product inventory from suppliers which is payable COD or on account at opening, staff training costs and cost of training materials.
