PAYMENTS

LifeSupply offers home medical equipment at low costs through its sales, rental and financing programs.  We accept cash, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), debit cards, and cheques.

LifeSupply accepts payment through private insurers or 3rd party payers including:

• Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)
• 3^rd party insurance companies, such as Pacific Blue Cross
• WokSafeBC

LifeSupply has contracts with several large funding sources to provide medical equipment. If you need information on funding sources or payment options, please contact us.

PAYMENTS

Unless approved otherwise, payment is due within 15 days of the monthly statement.

MONTHLY STATEMENTS

Monthly Statements are printed at the end of each calendar month and will summarize all transactions, purchases, credits notes and payments during the monthly billing cycle. Please pay the net balance owing promptly to avoid interest charges which will be applied to overdue balances at the rate of 2% per month.

PRICES

All prices are in Canadian dollars. The website, lifesupply.ca, however does allow you to change the currency to another currency.  We are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. However, all prices are subjects to change at any time without notice. Goods and Services tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or Harmonized Sales Tax (HTS) will be charged where applicable.
