The TUNE Blanket comes in 3 weights - 15lb, 20lb, and 25lb. Each blanket roughly the size of a twin bed, ideal for one adult, measuring 48 X 78 inches. INNER BLANKET The inner weighted core of each Tune blanket uses non-toxic micro glass beads, distributed across dozens of pockets providing you with a comforting, evenly distributed weight. For a cooler sleep during the warmer months, the outer cover can be removed, and the inner weighted blanket used on its own. OUTER COVER Included with every blanket is a removable soft plush duvet cover. The cover includes 8 anchor clips to keep the inner weighted blanket in place. CHOOSING YOUR WEIGHT The science behind weighted blankets suggests 10% of the user's body weight to get the optimal hugging effect. Personal preference should be taken into consideration when selecting a weight.
